Who is BenchQ built for?

BenchQ is designed for US-focused IT staffing firms: bench-sales recruiters doing the daily work and owners who need a clear view of the floor. Source roles, tailor resumes, draft outreach, and track submissions in one shared workspace.

Does BenchQ apply to jobs automatically?

No. BenchQ assists with the work around a submission, but a person decides what to send and when. It does not scrape job boards or auto-apply on your behalf.

How does resume verification work?

Each claim is marked Verified, Unverified, or Contradicted. Unverified claims block export until evidence is attached and reviewed. Contradicted claims are excluded from export. AI helps draft; a human verifies.

Can owners see what their team is working on?

Yes. The shared pipeline, recruiter activity, follow-ups, and analytics bring the team's work into one view. Activity is logged as the work happens, so the tracker stays connected to the underlying records.
